Assembly
All the cabinet panels are cut from 19 mm chipboard or medium density fibreboard, butt-jointed and glued. After that, the openings for the driver and terminals are cut out and any necessary recesses cut. The chamfer on the outer baffle can be made either before the cabinet is glued together or afterwards.
The crossover has to be mounted on the inner side of the rear panel across from the woofer.
Inner damping
The damping material is loosely pushed into the cabinet. The space immediately behind/above the bass reflex tunnel must remain free.

Visaton did not cut corners when they configured the Conga. On the contrary, this speaker maker from Haan, Germany, has packed its highest quality chassis into this design. The 25-centimetre TIW (250XS), the AL 130 M and the ceramic dome driver (KE 25 SC) offer consistently high quality and form an exceptionally solid partnership. (...)
These speakers can cope easily with both parties and concerts at the original volume levels. (...)
The way these speakers reproduce this volume of sound so effortlessly, generate output levels which are utterly natural and stress-free and finely resolve the entire frequency range is, indeed, highly impressive. (...)
The Conga sounds the way it looks: voluminous, powerful, high-end like. It unites a dynamism long since forgotten with a balanced tonality and high-precision, broadband soundreproduction.
